Sarah is an Executive Coach and Talentism Certified Clarity Coach who brings a rare combination of psychological depth, strategic thinking, and human insight to her work with learners and leaders. With an M.A. in counseling psychology from Santa Clara University and a B.A. from Stanford, Sarah integrates evidence-based coaching with a nuanced understanding of human development, motivation, and learning. Sarah’s background spans education, organizational development, and values-driven leadership, as a business operator, analyst, non-profit director, and long-time coach and educator. She has spent over two decades studying how to unlock human potential through the lenses of positive psychology, pedagogical theory, and moral philosophy, and her writing has been featured in the Oxford Handbook of Positive Psychology, among other scholarly publications.
