Sam Lassoff

Sam is a Brown University and International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified coach whose career has exposed her to the most influential and successful organizations, leaders, and teams in the world. A graduate of Columbia University, Sam fell into the talent space completely by accident. Starting in executive search, she graduated through roles in applied strategy, systems and human capital consulting at firms including Gartner, Heidrick & Struggles, Human Capital, and Blackstone.

Sam first experienced the power of transformational coaching during her transition from individual contributor to people leader when she collaborated with a coach to understand and connect to underutilized strengths. This experience opened Sam’s eyes to the magic of coaching as a container for processing and responding to challenges, embracing innate potential, and propelling individuals, teams, and organizations forward generatively. More importantly, Sam realized her own calling is to empower others to make discoveries, surface evidence, and access opportunities that lead to more self-awareness, thoughtful choices, heightened impact, and real growth.
