Nikita Mandalika

Nikita Mandalika is a current student at Stanford University studying Symbolic Systems with a

minor in Economics. She attended the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics and

conducted research at Duke University before being admitted to Stanford, where she is involved

in Stanford Women in Finance, Stanford Women in Business, and Stanford Raagapella.

Nikita is a Clarity for College alumna and brings something no adult coach can: the lived

experience of someone who navigated this exact process recently, including moving across the

country for a highly selective school, figuring out her academic identity, and building a new

community from scratch.

As a near-peer mentor and Product Development intern at Clarity for College, Nikita works

directly with students on essays, applications, and the transition to college life. She is also a

private tutor with over three years of experience working one-on-one with students.
